My Why
👋 Hi, I’m Lynette
I’m a registered nurse and soon-to-be psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
I created Mental Wellness Planner to support people managing their mental health — especially when it comes to staying on top of medications, moods, routines, and real life.
💬 My Why
I’ve walked alongside mental health challenges — both in my work as a nurse and in my own life.
One of the hardest struggles I’ve seen (and felt) is managing medications and moods.
It’s not just about taking a pill. It’s about:
- Tracking how medications affect your mood and energy
- Figuring out what’s working (or what’s not)
- Staying consistent when life is unpredictable
- Building a routine when your mind feels messy
So I started creating tools — first for myself, then for patients — to bring clarity, ease, and control to mental health care.
And now I’m sharing them with you — because I believe everyone deserves simple, supportive tools between appointments.
